Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the loading and unloading operations of containers from trains, ships, and trucks at our two terminals.
• Maintain and/or increase productivity goals by efficiently using our human and material resources as well as our storage environment.
• Apply company safety regulations and work practices to ensure that our employees work in a safe environment.
• Propose areas for qualitative improvement and productivity.
• Make recommendations to improve customer service.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with a focus on Logistics and/or Transportation or any other relevant education.
• Minimum of 5 years of operational experience, preferably in the field of logistics, transportation, or shipping.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing unionized employees.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Ability to make decisions with a high degree of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude and strong leadership skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and on different shifts to supervise work.
• Excellent knowledge of standard computer tools.
• Bilingualism in spoken and written form (French and English) adapted to the position.
