Sales Coordinator

Scotian Gold is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing professional customer service and supporting the sales process from order entry through to the customer receiving the product. The position coordinates customer orders, invoicing, shipping and pickup requirements while maintaining effective communication with customers and internal departments. This is an administrative role requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Enter and process customer orders accurately throughout the day
• Complete daily invoicing and ensure sales are accurately recorded.
• Coordinate with the Logistics lead regarding shipments and pickups.
• Serve as a key point of contact for pickup customers.
• Maintain customer price lists, sales trackers and organize files.
• Monitor inventory and communicate product availability to customers.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries.
• Communicate customer feedback to Sales & Marketing, Production and Quality Control.
• Maintain current knowledge of export documentation requirements.
• Work closely with Accounting regarding customer transactions.
• Support continuous improvement and other projects as required.
