Responsibilities

Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in fintech and other cutting-edge domains.
Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
Architect scalable solutions and drive implementation from prototype through production.
Own critical milestones supporting rapid growth and potential departmental spin-off.
Collaborate with founders, engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders.

Requirements

Proven domain expertise and a high-agency builder mindset.
Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation or remote arrangements.
