Senior Manager Corporate Communications

Lead corporate communications and employee engagement at Corby in Toronto, using executive counsel, strategic messaging, and strong writing skills.As Senior Manager, Corporate Communications, you will advise senior leaders and report to the Head of Corporate Communications for Pernod Ricard North America. You will lead internal communications, support external and investor messaging, and partner with Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, and Legal. The role combines strategic thinking, independent judgment, and hands-on execution across Corby’s communications priorities.Key Responsibilities:
Develop executive messaging, presentations, and internal narrativesLead internal communications strategy and editorial planningPlan Corby town halls and coach speakersDirect external, media, reputational, and investor communicationsTrack budgets, metrics, and communications effectivenessRequirements:
Eight to ten years of corporate communications experienceExperience supporting senior executives and communications strategyStrong writing, editing, and audience tailoring skillsTown hall and employee engagement planning experienceStrong judgment, ownership, and stakeholder management abilitiesShape Corby’s corporate narrative through executive communications, employee engagement, stakeholder counsel, and measurable communications strategy.
