Director, Engagement Strategy and Leadership

Join APEGA as the Director, Experience and Engagement, focusing on strategic leadership to enhance registrant engagement and education. Oversee the integration of services to improve professional lifecycle experiences.
This pivotal role reports to the Chief Professional Sustainability Officer, requiring extensive experience in service delivery and stakeholder engagement. You will lead the Customer Services and Engagement teams, ensuring their functions align with APEGA's mission and objectives. Your strategic direction will drive enhancements in professional development and registrant benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of the engagement strategy
• Ensure services align with regulatory mandates
• Integrate learning initiatives across registrant paths
• Analyze and monitor engagement performance metrics
• Promote accountability and collaboration within leadership teams
Requirements:
• Degree in business or related discipline
• 8-10 years of leadership experience
• Proven ability to manage complex service delivery
• Experience with professional or regulatory stakeholder relations
• Familiarity with APEGA regulations is an asset
Drive continuous improvement in registrant experiences at APEGA through effective leadership and integration of strategic initiatives.
