Senior Asset Management Advisor

Lead asset management services at Agnico Eagle through predictive maintenance, enterprise standards, and strong stakeholder engagement. Hybrid and remote flexibility is available.This senior position leads the Asset Management Services Team and supports capabilities across Agnico Eagle’s mining operations. You will coordinate implementation plans, standardize processes, oversee JDE, and strengthen predictive, insight-driven practices. The work requires collaboration with TCT, operating sites, and corporate stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Asset Management Services Team with subject matter expertsCoordinate implementation plans aligned with the enterprise asset management roadmapSupport sites implementing corporate standards and local requirementsLead global predictive maintenance design, deployment, and supportProvide technical oversight of the JDE CMMS/EAM platformRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related fieldTen to fifteen years in maintenance or asset managementLeadership experience in complex mining or industrial environmentsExperience implementing enterprise strategies and large technology deploymentsStrong mining operations, influencing, communication, and decision-making skillsApply asset management leadership, predictive maintenance expertise, and enterprise technology experience across Agnico Eagle’s global operations.
