Strategic Business Development Manager Needed

Restoration Mate

Drive business growth as a Strategic Business Development Manager focused on key industry partnerships. Your expertise will be instrumental in expanding our market presence. We seek a Business Development Manager with a minimum of three years in business development or sales. This role emphasizes cultivating relationships with property managers, brokers, and commercial clients while identifying business opportunities. Your ability to work independently and track sales activities will be critical to your success. Key Responsibilities:

Build and grow relationships with clients and stakeholders
Generate leads via networking and client meetings
Identify and pursue strategic market opportunities
Engage in industry events and trade shows
Report on sales activities and pipeline through CRM

Requirements:

At least 3 years in business development or sales
Experience preferred in insurance or construction industries
Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
Strong communication and presentation skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
