Senior Software Developer for EWOSS

SRC CAN Ltd is looking for a Senior Software Developer in Ottawa for a hybrid position focusing on EW OSS for the Department of National Defence. Your expertise in distributed software development will be crucial in this impactful role. In this influential position, you will lead a team dedicated to delivering innovative EW Operational Support Systems. - Drive technical delivery of software projects
- Mentor junior and intermediate team members
- Create and manage software designs and documentation

- Bachelor’s or diploma in software engineering
- Minimum six years of software development experience
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Proficient English communication; French is a plus
- Eligible for Government of Canada Level 3 Security Clearance
