This influential role blends HR, Finance, and Strategy expertise. As part of a dynamic team at RBI, you will lead market analyses, manage compensation strategies, and develop insight-driven recommendations for various stakeholders. Your work will enhance the transparency and effectiveness of compensation across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead market intelligence analysis for compensation strategies
- Evaluate pay structures and recommend data-driven adjustments
- Prepare and present compensation insights to stakeholders
- Maintain analytics tools for monitoring compensation trends
- Support compliance and audit activities related to pay
- 2-4 years of experience in Compensation or HR roles
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline
- Superior analytical and Excel skills
- Strong understanding of market data and benchmarking
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
