Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with 2–4 years of experience to join a fast-paced procurement environment. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP Ariba experience, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to drive Procure-to-Pay transformation, change management, procurement request management, and tactical sourcing initiatives.

Must-Haves:

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar procurement role
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration
• Strong experience with SAP Ariba — heavily preferred and prioritized
• Bilingual in English and French
• Experience with change management and a strong customer-focused mindset
• Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and triage procurement requests across materials, equipment, and services
• Monitor aging exceptions, receipts, invoices, and overdue POs
• Develop procurement operational reports and communicate insights to stakeholders
• Support SAP Ariba adoption and act as a change agent for internal customers
• Drive Procure-to-Pay transformation and the transition from non-PO invoices to approved buying channels
• Guide internal stakeholders and suppliers through new procurement processes
• Develop guidance materials and deliver training
• Execute tactical sourcing initiatives, including supplier research, bid solicitation, proposal evaluation, and requisition processing
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and SLAs
