Eastern Canada Territory Sales Manager
MATTR
Drive sales growth as a Territory Sales Manager for Mattr in Eastern Canada. Build key relationships while expanding the HydroChain product line across regions like Ontario and Quebec. This role seeks a dynamic individual with a background in sales or business development, focused on industrial and municipal markets. You will work on building lasting relationships with distributors, contractors, and more, while managing project bids and generating new business. Strong communication and strategic planning skills are essential to excel in this position. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders
- Exceed sales and margin objectives through effective management
- Develop a robust sales pipeline and manage engagements
- Generate new business opportunities and secure project approvals
- Deliver presentations and training to technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree; Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth in related markets
- Strong network within the Southeast market
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory
