You'll serve as a trusted advisor to leadership while driving compliance and performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute monthly and annual financial close initiatives
• Review and prepare comprehensive financial statements
• Establish strong internal controls and audit compliance
• Play a significant role in budgeting and forecasting
• Optimize financial reporting systems and processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related discipline
• CPA designation is a must
• 7-10 years of accounting experience in leadership
• Proven expertise in financial reporting
• Strong negotiation skills in audit processes
