We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join our production team. This is a fast-paced role in a wood working facility, perfect for those who enjoy physical work and staying busy.
Shift & Compensation
Starting Pay: $18.00+ per hour.
Shift: 7:00 AM start time (Monday – Friday).
Consistent, full-time hours in a production setting.
Active environment where the day goes by quickly.
Long term position Responsibilities
Daily tasks include building pallets and other wood products using various hand and power tools. You will be responsible for operating woodworking machinery at a fast and steady pace to meet production targets. This role requires working in a high-volume, heavy environment while moving materials and maintaining a safe workspace. Qualifications
Candidates must be physically capable of heavy lifting and standing for long periods in a demanding shop setting. The ability to work quickly and efficiently is essential to meet daily goals. Reliability is a must, including dependable transportation for the early morning start. Previous experience in a warehouse, shop, or construction environment is considered a strong asset.
