Elevate your consulting career with KPMG Canada as a ServiceNow Consultant. This role focuses on translating business needs into actionable ServiceNow solutions while supporting client engagements and project delivery. As a consultant, you'll leverage your expertise with ServiceNow and assist in requirements gathering, solution design, and client workshops. You will build strong client relationships, prepare essential documentation, and support implementation processes while ensuring quality assurance standards are met. Key Responsibilities:
- Support client workshops and solution design activities
- Translate business requirements into user stories
- Prepare process maps, presentations, and training materials
- Assist technical teams with configuration and testing
- Advocate for best practices and lead IRM workshops
- 1 to 5 years ServiceNow implementation experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and/or French
- Minimum two ServiceNow certifications
- Experience in client-facing projects and testing initiatives
