Sales Representative - Summer Student

Are you looking to build your soft skills while in University?? Do you want to get a taste of entrepreneurship and make your own clients?? We are looking for a motivated and outgoing neighborhood marketing/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting up appointments by engaging with potential customers in residential areas. The ideal candidate is confident, enjoys meeting new people, and has excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities * Canvass designated neighborhoods to promote our home maintenance services. * Present and explain our services in a friendly and engaging manner. * Answer questions and address concerns potential customers may have. * Set up appointments and provide detailed information to our scheduling team. * Achieve sales targets and track performance. What We Offer * Flexible hours: Great for students or those looking to supplement their income. * Training and Support: Learn essential sales skills and receive ongoing guidance. * Base Pay + Commission: Earn a base rate with unlimited earning potential through commissions. * Career Growth Opportunities: Potential to move into team leadership roles. Pay * A combination between base pay and commission, a successful sales rep in this role can make anywhere between $2,000 - $3,000 per month! Qualifications * No previous sales experience required, but it’s a plus. * Strong communication skills.
