This role involves delivering high-quality support to employees across diverse locations, including Canada, the US, and Eastern Europe. Ideal candidates will thrive in a collaborative environment, exhibiting strong customer service skills and detail orientation. Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot Apple and Windows hardware and software issues
- Assist with audio-visual setup for meetings
- Support employees using AV systems remotely and onsite
- Image and deploy devices using MDM tools
- Manage Okta and Google Workspace services
- Fluent in French and English
- 2–3+ years of IT support experience
- Basic networking knowledge and experience with enterprise tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills in macOS
- Ability to lift equipment over 50 pounds
