Build Strategyzer’s next growth engine.

We have the brand, the ideas, the audience and the products. We need a better system for turning them into measurable growth.

What you’ll do

Own our growth strategy across self-serve, team and enterprise audiences. Work with Product and Sales to improve the journey from first interaction to purchase.

• Set clear priorities. Define our growth strategy and choose where to focus across audiences, products, and channels.
• Demand generation. Grow qualified traffic and demand in particular for playbooks with campaigns, landing pages, HubSpot workflows, lifecycle programs, and growth experiments.
• Improve conversion. Use evidence to improve our website and key customer journeys.
• From content curation to demand. Review Strategyzer content strategy, topics and channels to identify what's working and what isn’t. Work with Strategyzer's thought leaders to drive traffic and conversions.
• Measure commercial results. Connect marketing activity to qualified demand, activation, conversion, pipeline, and revenue.
• Use AI and automation. Build practical workflows and agents that improve how marketing researches, creates, analyzes, experiments and executes.

Your remit is broad. We’ll agree on a focused set of priorities rather than pursue every opportunity at once.

You’ll report directly to Strategyzer’s CEO, Alex Osterwalder, and work closely with Product, Sales, and our subject-matter experts. Together, you’ll agree on growth priorities and the support needed to deliver them.

What you bring

• A track record of personally building and improving measurable growth systems.
• Experience in SaaS, subscriptions, digital products, or comparable growth environments. Experience across self-serve and sales-assisted growth is a strong advantage.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience and strong skills in analytics, digital acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and website conversion.
• Evidence of AI and automation workflows you’ve built and the difference they made.
• Strong communication and editorial judgment , with the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, useful content.

You can think strategically and execute yourself. You prioritize rigorously, test hypotheses, and decide when to improve, scale, or stop.

Your first 90 days

• Establish a baseline of funnel performance and address the most important measurement gaps.
• Agree on the biggest growth priorities and a focused roadmap.
• Launch measurable experiments and use the results to make decisions.
• Improve one or two priority acquisition or conversion journeys.
• Establish a practical reporting rhythm and recommend the capabilities we should build next.
