Senior Underground Mine Engineer

Lead underground mine engineering at McIlvenna Bay using Deswik, mine planning, and safety expertise on a full-time 14/14 rotation.Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan seeks a Senior Mine Engineer for its McIlvenna Bay site. You will supervise engineering personnel, review technical work, and mentor junior team members. The position supports mine performance reporting, planning, and operational decision-making.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and mentor engineers and mine techniciansReview mine plans, schedules, ventilation, and dewatering plansDrive budget, production forecasting, and life-of-mine planningSupport blasting, drilling, mining, and underground inspectionsPromote safety, compliance, and engineering best practicesRequirements:
Seven or more years of underground hard rock mining experienceBachelor of Engineering in Mining or equivalent qualificationRegistered Professional Engineer in Saskatchewan or APEGS eligibleProficiency with Deswik Sched, DB, CAD, and ISUnderstanding of ventilation, dewatering, ground control, and support systemsApply mine planning, technical leadership, and underground safety expertise as Senior Mine Engineer at McIlvenna Bay.
