In this role, you will be responsible for producing and managing technical design and contract documents. You'll collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet all necessary guidelines and regulations, while also mentoring team members. - Produce technical design and contract documentation
- Validate adherence to construction codes and quality assurance
- Develop technical solutions for new and renovation projects
- Lead team efforts in assembling project specifications
- Coordinate project efforts with consultants and contractors
- Accredited degree in architectural technology
- Minimum 10 years in architectural consulting
- Proven ability to detail architectural systems
- Experience with REVIT, BIM, and project management software
- Strong construction site experience
