Customer Success Enablement Manager

Customer Success Enablement Managers at Jobber build programs that strengthen Product Support and Customer Onboarding across B2B SaaS teams. Work from Toronto, Kitchener-Waterloo, Edmonton, or Vancouver.Reporting to the Senior Manager, Success Enablement, this manager owns enablement end to end for Product Support and Customer Onboarding. The work combines playbooks, training programs, needs discovery, product positioning, and Next Best Action adoption. Programs connect learning with activation, adoption, retention, service quality, and qualified opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
Own ramp, certification, and continuous development for specialistsBuild needs discovery and product positioning frameworksCreate Support and Onboarding playbooks across channelsDesign in-person, virtual, and on-demand enablement contentReport program performance against customer and commercial outcomesRequirements:
Experience in customer success, service, onboarding, or B2B SaaS salesExperience building playbooks and training programsStrong project management and workback planning skillsUnderstanding of activation, adoption, retention, and expansion metricsAbility to collaborate across Product Marketing, Analytics, and leadershipShape Jobber’s enablement strategy through playbooks, training, needs discovery, and measurable customer success outcomes.
