You'll be an end-to-end trusted advisor to our customers. Managing their engagement and technical solutions with our platform. Build close relationships with customers and creatively tackle some of the biggest challenges on the internet.As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:Collaborating closely with an integrated accounts team to evaluate customer web architecture, delivering the best integration solutionEnsuring success through best practice guidance and to develop a long-term customer web performance and security strategyPartnering with the business to review and ensure integration efficiency, deliver high-quality service and foster customer relationshipsParticipating on internal projects to contribute to best practices, improving our methodology and quality of integrationDo what you love
To be successful in this role you will:Have 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalentDemonstrate experience in a customer-facing role within the Information Technology industryShow experience of managing and delivering large technical customer projects successfullyHave experience in project management methodologies, web technologies, and languages such as or DNSHave excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear and comprehensive mannerAbout us

Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary for this position ranges from 109,900 - 197,700 CAD/year;
a candidate's salary isdetermined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
