The role involves delivering a comprehensive 3-week virtual onboarding program before transitioning into direct supervision of the participants. This dual approach ensures sustained performance and stability in operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct a 3-week remote onboarding for new associates
• Absorb training content through the Train-the-Trainer process
• Supervise performance and support ongoing development
• Implement collaborative problem resolution strategies
• Maintain high-quality training standards and outcomes Requirements:
• Experience in training and direct supervision roles
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative abilities
• Familiarity with metric-driven performance enhancement
• Knowledge of structured training techniques
