Job Title: Outside Sales Manager
We are seeking an Outside Sales Manager to join and support our expanding sales team at Hybrid Power Solutions. The ideal candidate will be an energetic go-getter who embodies our company values.
The candidate should be versatile, with experience in account management, strategic growth planning, and creating end-user demand within the construction, mining, military, and transit verticals. A basic understanding of power and generator systems and a willingness to lead market entry are essential.
Responsibilities
- Cold call or visit construction sites, transit locations, commercial, and customer sites to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Build positive relationships with end users and account representatives within the assigned region.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing by staying informed about supply, demand, trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Achieve sales metrics and report progress regularly.
- Enhance professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and professional societies.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years in account management or sales.
- Proven sales performance record.
- Experience with industrial or commercial contractors.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create and implement sales plans.
- Monitoring and achieving sales goals.
- Sales data analysis skills.
- Management and leadership capabilities.
- Experience developing and adhering to budgets.
- Mentoring and coaching sales teams.
- Certificate in Electrical Engineering or Trade Electrical.

- Salary: $65,000 - $150,000 per year
- Additional Pay: Bonus

- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Location: In person in Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada
