Director Measurement Analytics Consulting

Lead measurement strategy and analytics for Flywheel’s digital commerce clients, using statistical modeling and reporting solutions. Work with cross-functional teams on client engagements.As Director, Measurement & Analytics, you will support Flywheel’s Commerce Intelligence team and report to the Senior Director. You will transform campaign data into actionable business strategies for internal and external stakeholders. The position combines hands-on analytics leadership, client management, and development of strategic solutions.Key Responsibilities:
Lead client projects and deliver actionable insights and recommendationsDevelop measurement strategies, analytical frameworks, and reporting solutionsApply statistical modeling, testing frameworks, and strategic analysisAdvise stakeholders across media, merchandising, pricing, and promotionsLead analytics teams and mentor broader team membersRequirements:
Five to seven years in direct-to-consumer or ecommerce analyticsExperience with hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and experimental designDashboarding experience using Tableau, PowerBI, DOMO, or Google Data StudioUnderstanding of digital advertising, ad servers, and creative taggingStrong communication, presentation, project management, and quality assurance skillsBring analytics leadership, measurement expertise, and client consulting skills to Flywheel’s Commerce Intelligence practice.
