AI Advocate & Technical Collaborator

Drive AI solutions at BDO Canada as an Advocate, enhancing developer experience and championing innovation in a hybrid workspace. Collaborate to deliver effective AI tools and education. As a key player, you will link BDO’s AI Studio with Service Line Labs, supporting the responsible implementation of AI technologies. Your role includes promoting AI literacy and ensuring compliance while developing a community of capable AI practitioners. Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with AI Studio for best practices and standards
- Lead AI training programs and hands-on hackathons
- Collaborate with IT for secure integration of AI tools
- Assist in AI agent development and support lab transitions
- Monitor adoption metrics to drive continuous improvement
- 5-6 years in software and AI/ML development
- 3-4 years in developer advocacy or related fields
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Effective communicator with technical and non-technical audiences
- Enthusiasm for responsible AI innovation
