Information Technology - Support Specialist
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist who thrives in a people‑first, technology‑rich environment and is excited to make a real impact across our organization. In this role, you will partner with dedicated IT team members to deliver exceptional support, keep our systems running smoothly, and help drive continuous improvements in how we use and secure technology.

What you bring to the role
- You are customer-service-oriented, have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping others succeed in a technology-rich environment.
- Working with your IT department colleagues, you will deploy and support end-user computing environments, devices, applications, and local area networks and help with improving technology support and security practices.
- Your qualifications include a high school diploma, 2+ years post-secondary education in a computer-related field, 3+ years of experience supporting a range of IT systems in a Microsoft-based network, and strong organizational and communication skills.
- You have a valid BC Driver’s license.
Assignment: CUPE 12-month position; 40hrs/week; $33.87/hr, supported by a comprehensive benefit package and municipal pension plan
