We are seeking a Home Health Care Aide to support older adults and clients with disabilities or chronic conditions through compassionate, reliable in-home care. Reporting to the agency supervisor and care coordinator, the aide will provide personal care, companionship, chronic condition support, and recovery assistance across multiple daily visits involving local travel.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
- Prepare meals according to client needs.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Support client mobility and safe movement.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Document care provided and client observations.
- Monitor client safety and report concerns to the agency supervisor or care coordinator.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in home health care.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search completed within the last 6 months.
- Child Abuse Registry check.
- Adult Abuse Registry check.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.

- Effective time-management skills.
