- Lead the development and ownership of project plans
- Drive cross-functional alignment in meetings
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Document business and technical requirements
- Coordinate efforts across HR, Engineering, and Compensation teams
- 4 to 8 years of program/project management experience
- Background at a Big 4 or leading consulting firm
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with end-to-end compensation processes
- Availability for hybrid schedule in Toronto
