Senior Program Manager - Compensation Projects

We are on the lookout for an experienced consulting professional with 4 to 8 years of program/project management expertise. Experience at a Big 4 or major consulting firm is necessary, along with outstanding presentation and communication skills. A basic understanding of end-to-end compensation processes is essential, and M&A experience is a notable plus. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and ownership of project plans
  • Drive cross-functional alignment in meetings
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
  • Document business and technical requirements
  • Coordinate efforts across HR, Engineering, and Compensation teams
Requirements:
  • 4 to 8 years of program/project management experience
  • Background at a Big 4 or leading consulting firm
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with end-to-end compensation processes
  • Availability for hybrid schedule in Toronto
