Guide scalable programs across a technology organization.As Senior Director, Global Total Rewards, you will lead strategy and delivery across compensation, equity, benefits, retirement, and executive compensation. You will guide an approximately eight-person team and advise senior leaders, Compensation Committees, and Boards. The work supports organizational growth, governance, pay equity, and international expansion.Key Responsibilities:
