Job Responsibility:
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Sewer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling various textile products with precision and attention to detail. This role requires a strong understanding of sewing techniques and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The Sewer will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time.
Duties
- Operate industrial sewing machines to fabricate and assemble textile products according to specifications.
- Interpret patterns and technical drawings to ensure accurate construction of items.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, making adjustments as necessary to meet standards.
- Maintain sewing equipment and workspace, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning of tools.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking materials used in the fabrication process.
Experience
- Previous experience in sewing or textile fabrication is preferred, with a strong emphasis on quality control.
- Familiarity with operating various types of sewing machines and tools commonly used in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
