Director Corporate Fp&A Planning

Lead enterprise planning and forecasting as Director, Corporate FP&A, translating complex financial analysis into decisions across a capital markets organization.This leadership position owns group-wide annual planning, forecasting, and strategic modelling. You will support Finance Business Partnering teams, guide target setting, and create decision-support tools. The work connects financial acumen, operational understanding, and technology-guided analysis.Key Responsibilities:
Own enterprise forecasting and annual business planningCoordinate assumptions, timelines, and senior leadership reviewsPresent final planning materials to the BoardOwn Adaptive Planning and long-term strategic forecastingAnalyze enterprise performance drivers and investment allocationRequirements:
CPA designation10-15+ years of progressive finance experienceStrong organizational, analytical, and conceptual skillsAbility to work strategically and in the detailsAbility to collaborate across organizational boundariesApply enterprise planning, forecasting, Adaptive Planning, and financial storytelling to strengthen decision-making across the organization.
