Principal Strategic Alliances Manager
Appfire
Lead strategic technology partnerships for Appfire, focusing on the Atlassian ecosystem while working remotely from anywhere in Canada. Build senior relationships and guide collaboration.As a Principal Strategic Alliances Manager, you will independently lead strategic initiatives across Appfire. You will connect partner priorities with solutions and business objectives. The work spans enterprise software ecosystems, marketplaces, commercial models, and evolving platform technologies.Key Responsibilities:
Build strategic relationships across Atlassian and technology partner organizationsLead partnership initiatives from opportunity identification through executionMonitor platform developments, roadmaps, policies, and marketplace programsConnect product capabilities with partner priorities and customer needsTranslate complex developments into actionable business recommendationsRequirements:
Seven or more years in strategic alliances or technology partnershipsExperience managing senior external stakeholders independentlyAbility to lead complex cross-functional initiatives without authorityUnderstanding of enterprise software ecosystems and digital marketplacesExperience with Product and Engineering teams on technical initiativesShape Appfire partnerships through senior relationship management, ecosystem strategy, commercial judgment, and cross-functional leadership.
