Underground and Tree Care Category Leader at Brandt

Become a Category Leader at Brandt, specializing in Underground and Tree Care. Focus on driving sales growth and improving customer program execution in parts management. As the Category Manager, your role will encompass the development and execution of strategic business plans aimed at margin growth. You will collaborate with CSA’s and Parts Managers to ensure alignment with sales goals and overall customer satisfaction. Your market intelligence will play a key role in adjusting tactics and preparing for competitive challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement strategic business plans
- Act as an expert resource for product knowledge
- Educate and coach CSAs and Managers on product offerings
- Conduct sales analysis to discover growth opportunities
- Manage relationships with vendors for optimal product support
- Experience in managing parts or closely related commodity
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills for training and support
- Familiarity with competitive trends and market dynamics
- Proven track record of driving sales and margin improvement
