A division of Pattison Food Group Ltd., Save-On-Foods is certified a Great Place to Work.We are hiring for a **Pharmacy Manager** at ourlocation in **Okotoks, AB**.**You will be responsible for:*** Day-to-day Pharmacy Dispensary operations, receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.* Clinical responsibilities including but not limited to drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling and recommendations.* Collaborating with other Health care professionals and Community partners.* Inventory management.* Team member scheduling, training, and management.* Identifying and mapping business strengths and patient needs.* Developing and implementation of business growth strategies and plans.* Enforcing policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and drugs distribution.* Completing all licensee tasks as dictated by the College of Pharmacy in your province.* Following and enforcing Save-On-Foods’ SOPs.* Communicating with your Regional Pharmacy Manager to optimize efficiencies and workflow.**You Have:*** A Canadian Pharmacist license and are in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.* Pharmacy management experience OR minimum 2 years as a Pharmacist (AB).* Fluent with Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance procedures.* Your Injection Certification.**Here are some of the perks we have to offer:*** Flexible benefits plan.* Company-funded pension plan.* Get paid every Friday!* Eligibility for license reimbursements.* Continuing education reimbursements.* Exclusive team member offers and discounts.* Wellness and team member assistance program.IND11**Join our Team!**Come be part of an energetic and inclusive team where we work together to have fun and achieve our goals.
