Manage complex insurance claims remotely from South Africa, applying advanced investigation and negotiation skills across property, liability, and commercial lines.As a Senior Claims Adjuster, you will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve significant claims. The position requires policy interpretation, liability assessment, and detailed damage analysis. You will also prepare reports, manage a demanding caseload, and support fair outcomes for policyholders.Key Responsibilities:

At least six years as a Claims AdjusterExperience with complex or large-loss insurance claimsKnowledge of policies, investigation techniques, and legal principlesExceptional analytical, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skillsClaims software proficiency and remote working capabilityApply senior claims expertise, accurate assessment, and ethical judgment to complex insurance resolutions across South Africa remotely.
