Line Chef

Job Responsibility:

Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards- Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

Experience: - Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods- Familiarity with food safety regulations and guidelines- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks- Experience supervising or managing a team is a plus

Requirements: - Food Handler Certification (required)- Valid Driver's License
