Personal Assistant - General Medicine

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 4, Personal Assistant within the General Medicine Management team – 36 hours. Hours can be negotiated. This will be based at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Management team within General Medicine
• Manage and coordinate diaries, appointments, and meetings
• Prepare and organise relevant documentation, reports, databases, SSTS & eESS
• Act as a liaison between the Management team and internal/external stakeholders
• Assist in the coordination of departmental projects and initiatives
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Handle communication and correspondence on behalf of the Management team
• Minute taking for Service Speciality meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Permanent, full-time post at 36 hours per week.
