Lead building and infrastructure delivery for institutional clients.As Project Manager, you will lead major capital building and infrastructure projects with expert teams. The work requires organization, detail orientation, cost control, and clear communication. You will represent client interests while managing consultants, contracts, schedules, and project administration throughout the lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:
Build client relationships and serve as primary project contactLead large capital programs and infrastructure projectsManage clients, consultants, and multiple project stakeholdersControl documents, schedules, costs, and project reportingChair meetings and resolve project issuesRequirements:
University degree or diploma in engineering or architectureMinimum five years coordinating and managing infrastructure projectsKnowledge of construction methods, project models, and financial managementExperience with municipal planning, tenders, and tender awardsEngineering designation required;
