Our client, a large enterprise organization, is seeking a Learning Associate, Talent Development for a contract opportunity. This role supports high-volume, fast-paced talent initiatives and works closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
This position requires a highly organized, self-driven professional who can operate independently while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.

- Manage high volumes of work and concurrent tasks across multiple stakeholders
- Work independently with minimal direction while responding effectively to urgent issues and deadlines
- Build subject matter expertise across a broad range of business and Talent Development strategies
- Develop project/work plans and coordinate delivery of initiatives across business lines
- Manage workload effectively within ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
- Analyze information and provide well-formulated solutions to problems and issues
- Build strong working relationships and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Communicate complex information clearly and effectively at all organizational levels
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reporting materials
- Bilingual
- Proficiency in Excel/comfortable with formulas
- Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, PivotTables, conditional formatting)
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with ability to build executive-level presentations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
