As a Senior Software Development Engineer with Remitly, you will play a pivotal role in the Customer Success Engineering team. You'll focus on building intuitive user interfaces and optimizing systems with Agentic AI for seamless support interactions. Your leadership and technical expertise will directly impact core user experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the technical strategy for our Customer Success technology
• Design scalable software architecture that balances immediate and future needs
• Collaborate across teams to translate requirements into effective solutions
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure application reliability and performance
• Implement AI-driven solutions for enhanced customer interactions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• Proven leadership on large features with product teams
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools
