Nanny & Personal Assistant (Live-Out) Location: West Kelowna (near bridge) About Us: We are a welcoming and busy household in West Kelowna looking for a reliable, nurturing, and proactive nanny/personal assistant to join us long-term. We had a baby girl in late November 2025, and are hoping to have support to help manage our home and assist with business-related tasks. Our household also includes friendly pets who are part of the family (a dog and a cat). Key Responsibilities:

• General home organization
• Meal planning and preparation (healthy, family-style meals)
• Grocery shopping and running errands
• Laundry and housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, dishes, closet organization, etc.)
• Supporting business-related administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling, organizing documents, notetaking, screening calls)
• Travel to and from Kamloops to support newborn care while in meetings
• Assist with newborn care (feeding support, diaper changes, soothing, etc.)
• Feed, walk, and care for our dog and cat

Qualifications:

• Experience as a nanny, personal assistant, or in a household support role (experience with babies preferred but not required)
• Comfortable with pets and able to provide their daily care
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a criminal record check and caregiver screening
• Flexibility in schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed
