You will partner with IT, Marketing, Facilities, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal. The work combines competitive sourcing, supplier risk management, contract development, and stakeholder coaching.Key Responsibilities:
Develop category and sourcing strategies delivering business valueLead RFXs, bids, evaluations, negotiations, and business reviewsDevelop commercial agreements with Legal and manage supplier riskTrack sourcing results, savings, value, and pipeline progressIntegrate ESG considerations into supplier decisionsRequirements:
Three to five years’ strategic sourcing or procurement experienceExperience leading end-to-end sourcing for indirect spend categoriesStrong competitive sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract skillsDegree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or related fieldAnalytical, organized, communicative, and commercially minded approachUse strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, and business insight to create measurable value across RCL’s corporate services.
