Take the lead as Vice President of Operations at Kicking Horse Coffee, located in Invermere. Your mission will be to enhance operational capacity and cultivate a thriving workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic initiatives as part of the Senior Leadership Team
- Build and implement plans for logistics and production
- Communicate clear vision and enable team execution
- Maintain product quality and food safety practices
- Implement solutions that improve workplace safety
- Minimum 10 years in operations management
- Experience in food or beverage manufacturing highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to improve logistics and supply chain
- Proven leadership in operational transformations
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP is a benefit
