General Manager Do you have a passion for food, wine, spirits, and most importantly, hospitality? Your Responsibilities: - Motivate, lead, mentor, and train the team.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Directors on promotions, menus, special events, new products, and service offerings.
- Elevate our positioning as one of the top dining choices in Vancouver and Canada.
- Maintain Five Star and brand standards.
- Create unforgettable experiences for our guests and staff.
- Manage restaurant revenue and expenses, including labor, productivity, and budget guidelines.
Your Experience and Skills: - Minimum 2 years of senior management experience as a Food & Beverage department head in a luxury restaurant or hotel.
- Extensive product knowledge of wines, liquors, and other beverages. A Sommelier designation is an asset.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, including budgets, labor management, productivity, and expense management.
- A service-focused personality and proven leadership experience.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Clear communication skills and strong networking abilities.
