Your Responsibilities:

• Motivate, lead, mentor, and train the team.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Directors on promotions, menus, special events, new products, and service offerings.
• Elevate our positioning as one of the top dining choices in Vancouver and Canada.
• Maintain Five Star and brand standards.
• Create unforgettable experiences for our guests and staff.
• Manage restaurant revenue and expenses, including labor, productivity, and budget guidelines.

Your Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of senior management experience as a Food & Beverage department head in a luxury restaurant or hotel.
• Extensive product knowledge of wines, liquors, and other beverages. A Sommelier designation is an asset.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, including budgets, labor management, productivity, and expense management.
• A service-focused personality and proven leadership experience.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
• Clear communication skills and strong networking abilities.
