Your responsibilities will span from managing engineers to fostering a high-performance culture as you steer technical direction and enhance team effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a diverse software engineering team
- Own delivery quality and operational outcomes for core systems
- Partner with Product, Design, and Infrastructure teams on strategies
- Establish effective operational rhythms and team practices
- Guide critical architectural and engineering decisions
- 10+ years in software engineering, 3-5 years in management
- Proven leadership in high-traffic production environments
- Strong understanding of backend systems and frontend frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional alignment
