Dynamic Financial Accountant Opportunity

Advance your career at NORR as a Financial Accountant, where you will handle critical month-end operations and manage banking activities with precision. Your skills will support our accounts payable team and aid in audits. In this impactful role, you will prepare journal entries, oversee asset accounting functions, and conduct timely reconciliations of intercompany accounts. Your analytical prowess will drive the accuracy of financial reporting and aid in identifying process challenges that require attention. Building strong collaborations with various teams will be essential. Key Responsibilities:

Process journal entries for accurate financial statements
Maintain and update journal entry logs efficiently
Manage and reconcile intercompany balances
Perform monthly cash and bank reconciliations
Support financial audits and external auditor coordination

Requirements:

Post-secondary education in accounting or related fields
10+ years of relevant accounting experience
Advanced general accounting knowledge
Expertise in Microsoft Office and accounting software
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
