About The Job

The IntouchCX Sales Leadership Development Program (SLDP) is an accelerated career development program designed for ambitious, high-potential graduates and early-career professionals who aspire to become the next generation of enterprise sales leaders.

Over an 18-month rotational program, Associates will gain hands-on experience across three critical areas of the commercial organization: Business Development, Proposal Management & Sales Enablement, and Enterprise Sales. Through structured learning, executive mentorship, and real-world client exposure, Associates will develop a comprehensive understanding of the enterprise sales lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and generating pipeline to developing winning proposals, negotiating commercial agreements, and supporting successful client implementations.

Throughout the program, Associates will work alongside experienced Sales Executives, Proposal Managers, Business Development Leaders, and cross-functional subject matter experts while developing the skills required to become trusted commercial advisors.

The Sales Leadership Development Program is designed to accelerate career progression into Business Development Executive, Enterprise Account Executive, Proposal Manager, Sales Enablement Specialist, or other commercial leadership positions within IntouchCX.

As Associate, Sales Leadership Development Program, You Will…

• Learn how to identify, engage, and qualify prospective clients while supporting the growth of the enterprise sales pipeline.
• Research prospective clients across multiple industries and identify key decision makers.
• Build strategic target account lists using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomIn, and other sales intelligence platforms.
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via Outreach targeted cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital engagement strategies.
• Conduct introductory qualification conversations with prospective clients.
• Generate qualified meetings for Enterprise Sales Executives.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and activity tracking within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute outbound campaigns and demand generation initiatives.
• Develop consultative selling techniques and enterprise prospecting best practices.
• Get an introduction to the commercial strategy behind enterprise sales. Participants will learn how successful proposals are developed while supporting enterprise pursuits and Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
• Create executive-level client presentations and sales decks.
• Develop proposals supporting enterprise sales opportunities.
• Coordinate Requests for Proposal (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI), and client questionnaires.
• Assist with commercial pricing documentation and solution development.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Technology, Security, Legal, and Solution Design teams to gather proposal content.
• Develop compelling client-facing documentation that clearly communicates the IntouchCX value proposition.
• Learn enterprise solution positioning and competitive differentiation strategies.
• Ensure proposal quality, consistency, and timely submission.
• Get direct exposure to complex enterprise sales opportunities. Participants will shadow experienced Sales Executives throughout the complete sales cycle while progressively taking ownership of client opportunities.
• Participate in client discovery meetings, solution workshops, and executive presentations.
• Shadow Senior Sales Executives throughout the enterprise sales process.
• Support opportunity qualification and account strategy development.
• Learn commercial negotiations and enterprise contract management.
• Manage inbound sales opportunities under executive mentorship.
• Develop account plans, sales strategies, and opportunity roadmaps.
• Learn pipeline forecasting and sales management best practices.
• Support successful client implementation and transition to Operations following contract execution.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

As Associate, Sales Leadership Development Program, You Need…

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or another related discipline.
• One to three years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, Recruiting, or another customer-facing role.
• Previous experience with outbound prospecting is considered an asset.
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
