Ce poste vous permet de travailler dans un cadre stimulant tout en jouant un rôle crucial dans le processus légal. Ce rôle innovant inclut des responsabilités variées telles que la gestion électronique de dossiers et la planification de procédures juridiques. En travaillant dans un environnement sans papier, vous appliquerez vos compétences organisationnelles pour veiller au bon déroulement des opérations juridiques et à la satisfaction des clients. Key Responsibilities:

Établir des nouveaux dossier électroniques pour les cas juridiques
Rédiger et gérer les courriers et documents relatifs aux cas
Organiser des rencontres et audiences juridiques
Maintenir le calendrier légal et assurer le respect des délais
Effectuer diverses tâches administratives en soutien à l’équipe

Requirements:

Diplôme en administration de bureau juridique
Expérience en tant qu’assistant dans le domaine du droit
Compréhension des procédures civiles et gestion des sinistres
Excellente maîtrise des outils Microsoft et logiciels juridiques
Discipline et attention aux détails dans le travail sans papier
