Construction Project Manager Cost Control
Keller Construction Ltd.
Manage Keller construction projects with strong forecasting, procurement, change management, and scheduling skills across commercial and multifamily developments.This Project Manager oversees full-cycle delivery while protecting profitability and contractual performance. The position manages daily operations, construction schedules, job costs, cash allowances, contingencies, and project documentation. You will also interpret plans, specifications, contractual obligations, and provincial requirements regarding liens and holdbacks.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate forecasts, estimates, budgets, and job cost reportsManage procurement, buyouts, change orders, and progress billingsMonitor cash allowances, contingencies, and project profitabilityUse Procore to manage project documentationFinalize closeout and conduct post-project reviewsRequirements:
Seven or more years managing commercial or multifamily construction projectsRepeated experience delivering projects from $2 million to $20 millionExceptional computer skills with scheduling and cost control softwareAbility to read contracts and interpret contractual requirementsPost-secondary education in a relevant disciplineApply your forecasting, cost control, procurement, and contract management experience to Keller’s commercial construction portfolio.
