- Mentor professionals and strengthen technical capabilities within the practice
- Master’s degree or PhD in relevant field
- 20+ years of groundwater modelling experience
- Professional Geoscientist or Professional Engineer designation
- Proven expertise in leading complex modelling projects
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard tools like MODFLOW
